　　当Aui的父母相继去世后，她来到了曼谷，与她的亲戚Bua同住。同样是家庭破碎的Bua先后失去自己的丈夫和儿子后，以占卜来维持生计。对她而言，能相依为命的就只有自己的外甥Aui。Aui对于自己的新生活甚不习惯，常常受到工作和自己的新居所排斥。为了减压，她不惜利用镇静剂。可是药物却令她感到生活更为恐惧……

       多年以前，一处孤儿院，失明的院长丽翠被诬陷杀害她所照顾的七名小孩，结果被居民们处以火刑含冤而亡。她的冤魂萦绕在这座孤儿院里，不时诅咒着跟孤儿院相关的人。多年以后，几个外人搬进已经废弃的这所孤儿院，并发现整栋建筑都被丽翠的亡魂所诅咒。悲剧接二连三发生，让他们试图查明当年的真相究竟是什么…。

　　故事发生在民国初年，一家小酒馆里发生了一起命案，乡绅林子卿的儿子林继尧被发现死在了酒馆老板娘贞娘的床上，而最大的犯罪嫌疑人就是老板曾家驹。负责此案的知事唐崇陶听取了林管家的证词，将曾家驹定罪。然而，曾家驹不服判决，他坚称是林继尧勾引贞娘在先，而当他闯入房中时，林继尧已经死了，而贞娘下落不明。
　　林子卿在暗地里花重金买通了唐崇陶，虽然唐崇陶对案件的真相也持有着怀疑的态度，但最终，曾家驹被执行了死刑，贞娘也因此而自杀。事后，一直受到良心谴责的唐崇陶陷入了自责的情绪之中，而曾家驹和贞娘的鬼魂也出现在他的面前。

　　故事紧接着上一部的时间线3年后，第一部的恶鬼力量虽然衰退但却在暗中等待着复苏的机会，很快一些系列的诡异事件开始发生，主角们开始意识到这一次的邪恶力量背后还有更复杂的秘密。
